Bond Brickwork has delivered masonry superstructure packages for Newett Homes across multiple developments over the past seven years, starting with a 19-plot development in Stannington, Sheffield.

Other completed sites include Wickersley, Thurlstone, Stanwood Road, Fenay Bridge, and a 25-plot development in Pudsey, Leeds.

Two sites are currently live: a 44-plot superstructure brickwork build at Highmoor Gardens in Northowram, Halifax, now around halfway through, and an ongoing masonry package at Elderwick Place in Siddal, Halifax.
